14. Subsequent Events As of May 14, 2021, the Company repaid its Paycheck Protection Program promissory note (the “PPP Loan”) in the amount of $6.9 million in full. The Company has analyzed its operations subsequent to March 31, 2021 through the date these financial statements were issued, including the information disclosed in Note 7, and has determined that outside of the PPP Loan repayment, it does not have any additional material subsequent events to disclose. |
