On March 10, 2021, Canoo Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s plans to produce an all-electric pickup truck. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
